Which TV should I buy?

I’m buying a tv very soon. And I narrowed it down to two: Sony KDL40EX703 and Sony KDL40HX701 Both TVs have similar specifications except that the first one is LED TV and it’s refresh rate is 120Hz. The second one is just normal LCD but it’s refresh rate is 240Hz

I will be using my TV for video games (mostly racing games), watching DVD movies (mostly action movies) and watching some cable.

The price for the TVs is the same at my local BestBuy store.

So which TV should I buy (and if you could explain your choice please)

The youtube video is very convincing about buying an LED over and LCD. But basically LED is an improved LCD TV that made some strides to compete with the color of what Plasma presented. Just check out the sites.
You tube video is just over 2 minutes long.

Below is a really good site explaining the difference between LED and LCD, But basically LED is an LCD that uses different lighting techniques.
